FAQ’s(Q.)How do I sign up for FCrewards? (A.) By accessing the FCrewards sign-up page here
(Q.) How many points will I earn when I visit? (A.) You will earn 1 point for every full pound that you spend with us. This is doubled for platinum members. For example spend £49.10 to earn 49 points. On special promotion days advertised in venue you may earn more points per spend.
(Q.) What if I forget my password? (A.) If this happens visit the sign-in page here, type your email address into the form and hit the ‘forgotten password’ link. We will e-mail you your password within a few minutes.
(Q.) How do I keep track of how many points I have earned? (A.) Sign into the customer dashboard here to view your current points total
(Q.) What are vouchers? What do they entitle me to? (A.) Vouchers can be redeemed online and are posted out to you. Vouchers entitle you to great reward when you visit a Fat Cat Cafe Bar. Vouchers are worth different amounts ranging from 25 points to 5000 points. Please see the vouchers page on the customer dashboard by logging in here.
(Q.) How do I redeem a voucher? (A.) Sign into the Customer Dashboard here and spend points.
(Q.) How do I use my voucher? (A.) Sign the front of the voucher and take it with you to any Fat Cat Cafe Bar. Inform the server that you wish to redeem your voucher against one of the rewards the voucher entitles you to. Hand over the voucher and we’ll take care of the rest. You may be asked to present your card when using the voucher at a venue.
(Q.) My details have changed, how do I update them? (A.) It is very important to keep your details up to date so that your vouchers and e-statement are sent to the correct address. You can update your details anytime by logging into the Customer Dashboard here. You will also be asked to update your details whenever you redeem points for a voucher.
(Q.) How will the information about me that you hold be used? (A.) The Fat Cat Group has very strict policies in place to protect your information. We will never give your details out to third parties without your permission. Please see our main website privacy policy here for further details.
(Q.) What should I do if I lose my card? (A.) Please contact us on 01332 298069 to report your stolen cars. In some cases a small fee (£5) may be payable.
(Q.) What if my card is stolen? (A.) Please contact us on 01332 298069 ASAP. We will cancel your card and issue you with a new one. You will not lose your current points total.
(Q.) Can I have more than one card so that I can collect points with my spouse, partner, friends or colleagues? (A.) Yes; sign in to the customer dash board here and click the ‘Additional Card’ link. An extra card will be added to your account and posted to the primary card holders address. Only the primary card holder will be able to manage the account online and they will receive statements and coupon to their address.
(Q.) Can I exchange my point for cash? (A.) No; FCrewards is a voucher based scheme and your points have zero cash value.
(Q.) There are no items on the list that I am interested in for a voucher level? (A.) We have tried to make sure that there is something for everyone on our rewards list for each voucher level. If there are no suitable rewards at the level your voucher entitles you to, please either save further for the next voucher or contact us and we will consider putting on the list items you would be interested in. (Q.)Can I use the card in conjunction with a Cat Lovin Card? (A.)Yes
(Q.) What happens if I forget to take my FCrewards card with me when I visit a Fat Cat Cafe Bar? (A.) If this happens please tell the server that you have forgotten your card.
