Bow Fat Cat requires a Chef De Partie.

This role is an excellent for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join the brigade of chefs preparing meals from all fresh produce. In this position of Chef de Partie you will be expected to work on a number of different sections ensuring that you maintain the high standards expected at all times.

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a passion for consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience, a passion for more than just the basics, who like to have fun and giving 100% in all they do.

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef who can combine a head for profitable business with a heart for fresh food in a position where your talents will flourish. You must be able to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence so working on your own initiative is a must and a small amount of admin duties will also be included in the role.

You will focus on developing junior staff whilst consistently supervising the service and presentation of food in what will be a busy, fast paced and at times highly pressurised environment.

Customer service excellence is at the heart of what we offer, so you will be a self-motivated team player with passion and enthusiasm for fresh food and experience of producing a high standard of food

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

The hours of work will be around 45 per week, including evenings and weekends.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience.

THE CROWN INN ANSTEY

‘The Crown Inn’ at Anstey was opened in early January 2010 and offers a varied and changing menu based on locally sourced produce, along with great wines, cocktails and real ales.

For the role of Chef de Partie, you will be working within a mid size team focused to maintain the high quality of food. The ideal candidate for this Chef de Partie position will have rosette standard and volume experience. To be a successful candidate for the Chef de Partie position you will also benefit from having fresh ideas, flare and a passion for food. As Chef de Partie you must have knowledge and experience within all sections of the kitchen as you will be expected to run a section with little supervision.
