Fire Above The Fat Cat Northampton The Fat Cat Group can confirm that at around 16.30hrs on Monday 2nd January 2012 a fire broke out in the empty property above the Fat Cat Cafe Bar on Bridge Street in Northampton. As a result of the damage caused by this fire the bar will be closed until further notice. We can also confirm that the bar was not open at the time of the fire and that the manager and staff that were on site raised the alarm to the fire services and evacuated the property safely.
